As I have come to terms with my sexuality, my photographic work has developed alongside me. Archives today have grown to document this story of self-expression and sexual liberation through people around me. As a young teenager, seeing people on the internet living their authentic truth was something that I always admired as fashion was not being used as a form of creative expression in my local community. Indicatively, at the age of sixteen, I decided to travel around Europe to meet and photograph people shaping their area to understand what identity means to them. The most frequent theme again here was fashion, presenting yourself in a way that reflects how you feel on the inside. In hope that when meeting new people the first impression constructed of them is often true to who they are. Photos are from Berlin, Amsterdam, London, and Paris.
